Explore Your Mind Series
In these challenging times, we decided to launch a new inspiring series to help our guests overcome difficult challenges they might face. We are facing a global pandemic, we are all in lockdown and we are all uncertain about our future. That’s why we decided to step up and create something that will inspire all of us.
At Central Hotel our goal is to inspire people to explore more and do more but unfortunately, we can’t explore outside right now, we can’t explore this magnificent and astonishing city that we call London. We can’t stroll around Kings Cross Station and enjoy a stranger play the piano, or look at people’s faces when they meet their loved ones at arrivals. But that doesn’t mean we can’t explore our minds. That’s why we launched a new weekly series called Explore Your Mind. Our new series will include different interesting guests, they will share wisdom, inspiration and new ideas on how we can explore our minds and overcome these challenging times.
In our first Explore Your Mind Series we had Meredith Whitely share with us how we can create calm moments in times of crisis. Meredith shared with us strategies on how meditation can help us live in the moment and how we can observe our thoughts. Our second guest was Will Polston, a mindset strategist that shared with us how we can master our mindset in times of uncertainty. We have more exciting speakers joining us.
Every week on Monday night people from around the world can join our zoom webinar for free, they can interact with each other, ask our speakers questions and learn something new.
